(hereinafter, “AIMENTIA”), whose registered office is located at:

The website https://www.aimentia.com/ and www.aimentiahealth.net and their subdomains have been created by AIMENTIA, one for informational purposes for its Users and the other, houses the services of the Aimentia Health Platform, and these domain names are in favor of it.

2.- Use of the Web

This Legal Notice (hereinafter, “Legal Notice”), establishes the conditions that regulate the use of the information society services that AIMENTIA makes available to Users through the Web.

Thus, access to and use of the Web implies that the User (hereinafter, the “User”) fully accepts and undertakes to fully comply with this Legal Notice, the terms and conditions, as well as the instructions or recommendations indicated in each specific case.

Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of connecting through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider that the User has contracted.

AIMENTIA reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the Web and its contents, configuration and presentation, including this Legal Notice, so we recommend reading it before each access and browsing the Web.

The User undertakes not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes, as well as not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of AIMENTIA or third parties, and is obliged to use the Website, the Services and the contents included therein in a diligent, correct and legal manner. In particular, the User undertakes to refrain from: deleting, evading or manipulating “copyright” and other data identifying the rights of its owners incorporated into the contents of the Web, as well as technical protection devices, or any information mechanisms that may include such content. Access to the information and part of the content displayed on the Web requires registration by Users (Users/Health Professionals). Access to the restricted area is limited to registered users. When the User decides to access restricted content, they must fill out the Registration Form enabled for such use. User Registration requires prior acceptance of the Data Protection Policy and the Terms and Conditions. To register, you will need to provide your name, last name, a valid email address, date of birth, telephone number and address.

4.- Intellectual and industrial property.

5.- Limitation of Liability

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website is at all times at their own risk and responsibility, so AIMENTIA is not responsible for any misuse or misuse that may be made of the Website. For this purpose, you will only be responsible for any damages that the User may suffer as a result of the use of the Web, when such damages are due to our malicious action.

In particular, AIMENTIA will not be responsible for:

9.- Applicable Legislation and Competent Courts.

The use of the Web is governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law and it will be understood that any conflict or dispute that arises between the User and AIMENTIA will be dealt with, in accordance with applicable regulations.
